You can break it down into two minute mini-sessions with a 30 second break in between each one.

All you need to do is grab hold of the handles with your hands, whilst on your toes or knees, wheel it out in front of you. Then back. You will need to decide how many repetitions you’ll need to do as we all have different fitness levels. I dare say it won’t be as many as you think. To start off with it can be quite difficult but it won’t take you long to get used to them.
