Here I share my eating plan to help you get flat abs while you workout,  eating properly is just as important as working out on a consistent basis if you want to get a flat stomach fast.  To get flat abs you have to eat properly lean and mean there is just no way around it.

Did you know what you eat has a direct effect on your abdominals? It’s true and probably not in the way you imagine. Let’s take a look at seven foods that can help you achieve the flat abs you desire.

#1 Do eat more fiber. Foods that are high in fiber accomplish several flat abs results. First and foremost, fiber helps you feel full. This means you’re consuming fewer calories during mealtime. Secondly, fiber helps keep your digestive system running smoothly. And of course this means you’re not bloated. Your abs are naturally and immediately flatter.

#2 Drink mineral water. Skip carbonated beverages (unless it’s mineral water). Carbonated beverages are generally high in sodium, high in sugar or artificial sweeteners, and the carbonation. Carbonation and high sodium causes bloating. Which of course makes your stomach look bigger than it is. And the sugar or artificial sweeteners slow your metabolism so you burn less fat. Mineral water keeps your electrolytes optimized so you stay hydrated and your metabolism is optimized.

#3 Fish. Fish like salmon, sardines, and mackerel are rich in omega three fatty acids are actually good for your abdominal area as well. This is because omega fats actually help all of your body’s processes, right down to the cellular level, operate more effectively and efficiently. This means hormones that regulate metabolism are optimized. Add them to your diet weekly.

#4Coffee and tea. Coffee and tea both have caffeine which is good for providing an extra little energy boost. In fact, many athletes intentionally consume a bit of caffeine before workouts so they can work out a bit longer and harder.

#5 Whey Protein – Protein, lean protein in particular, helps regulate your blood sugar and boost your metabolism. Whey protein can be purchased in your supermarket and added to smoothies for breakfast or a healthy snack

#6 Eggs. Eggs, and egg whites specifically, are another superior source of protein. An egg white omelet with veggies like spinach, peppers, and a little bit of low fat cheese is a breakfast that will keep you full and satisfied for hours. This means your metabolism is running well, you’re burning fat, and giving your body the nutrients it needs to thrive.

#7 Nuts and nut butters. Nuts like almonds and pistachios are rich in healthy fats and protein. It’s a powerful two for one food. Nuts make a great abdominal fat blasting snack. They fill you up and provide optimal nutrients.

Simply filling your plate with vegetables, fruit and lean protein will go a long way toward helping you achieve the flat abdominals you desire. Getting flat abs isn’t about doing one hundred crunches; it’s more about getting your metabolism to run optimally and burn fat. It’s about moving your body and fueling it with ab fat blasting foods.

The more you workout the better you feel and are able to do more physical things that you used to do. With the new year in full swing and I am sure you are wanting to get in shape before summer time. Than there is no time to waste.

Well What is Kickboxing?

Kickboxing is a form of martial arts. Actually developed in the 1950’s, it is a blend of Karate and Muay Thai. It’s a sport that involves kicking and punching. It’s a standing sport, unlike some martial arts like Jiujutsu which also involves wrestling. Kickboxing was originated as a form of self defense but it’s such a great program it’s been adopted as a fitness program and a competitive sport.

Well kickboxing is an exhausting sport to say the very least. In addition to a great cardio workout, you’re also working your arm, leg, core and gluteus muscles. And you’ll work them until they burn. So it’s a great combination of strength training and cardiovascular exercise.

Additionally, because range of motion is important for form, you’ll also become more flexible.

Kickboxing is also a wonderful emotional release. It takes great focus to strike and kick and complete the exercises and motions correctly. And when your foot or hand strike the punching bag or pad, it feels great. And despite what you might imagine, women’s kickboxing classes are generally extremely friendly, supportive and can be a nice social outlet.

Kickboxing is a super fat burning workout. Fat burning happens when calories are burned. And kickboxing burns a lot of calories – 545 per hour. Additionally, you build muscle during kickboxing and a pound of muscle burns more calories than a pound of fat.

Well How Can You Get Started Kickboxing

Kickboxing in general is a low gear sport. You’ll need gloves for your hands and some padded shin guards. Other than that, you need to wear loose fitting comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting sweaty. They should allow for movement. Shorts and a tank top with a sports bra underneath are great. Some kickboxing gyms require you to wear kickboxing shorts.

When looking for a kickboxing class there are two general ways to go. You can take an aerobic kickboxing course at your local gym or fitness center. These are generally very aerobically focused and you will probably not focus on form. It’ll have the look and feel of an aerobics class with punching bags. Complete with the dance track in the background.

Or the other option is get have your own collection of Cardio Kickboxing Videos, Dvds on hand at home. So that when you do want to workout and get your kick on than you can do so in the personal comfort of your own home.

And to be honest, flat abdominals are just plain sexy. You feel great and you look great. So let’s let a look at how to get rid of that “cute” weight and get a flat tummy fast!

#1 Add twenty to thirty minutes of cardio exercise to your day. Cardio tends to put some people into a panic. You don’t have to run a marathon to get cardio exercise. A brisk walk around the block will get the job done. Moving your body burns fat. It kicks your metabolism up and helps your body burn fat all day long.

#2 Eliminate carbonate beverages unless it’s water. Carbonate beverages are a double edged sword. They’re often sweetened or have artificial sweeteners which have the effect of spiking your blood sugar and slowing your metabolism. The bubbles also tend to cause bloating so your tummy looks bigger than it really is.

#3 Stand up straight. Better posture makes tummies look smaller and tighter. Slouch and your tummy is forced outward.

#4 Eat lean protein with every meal. Protein slows your digestion so you burn energy at an even rate. Your blood sugar doesn’t spike and you don’t crave junk.

#5 Eat a high fiber diet – fruits and veggies! Fiber clears out your digestive track so you don’t get bloated. It also helps you feel full. This is important. The less often hunger strikes, the less you eat.

#6 Eat more often. Eating smaller meals five to six times a day helps keep your blood sugar humming and your metabolism rolling along and burning fat. Try to include protein and fiber in your meals and snacks.

#7 Drink a glass of water before each meal. (You can also drink green tea instead). Water helps flush the toxins from your body. Toxins motivate your body to store fat and block the metabolism process. Water also helps you fuller so you don’t eat as much during mealtime.

#8 Consider adding yoga and Pilates to your workout routine. These two types of exercise focus on strength and form. They improve posture and they burn fat.

#9 10,000 steps a day and then some! Move your body more every day. The fastest way to get a flat tummy is to boost your metabolism. Now the key here is to also make sure you eat the same amount or less so you’re burning more than you’re consuming.

Doctors and personal trainers recommend taking at least 10,000 steps each day. If you add a regular cardio workout to those 10,000 steps you’ll see the fat melt off. You’ll have a flat tummy before you can say “tummy tuck, no way!”

The best and fastest way to a flat tummy is to start moving your body more. Boost your metabolism. Combine that with a diet rich in fiber and lean protein and you’ll be well on your way to that flat tummy you’ve been striving for.

mind. Or budget, or safety. All those and more are important. But the most important criterion of all is represented by the question: will you use it?

That’s not just a question about your personal motivation or commitment to fitness. Not in this case, anyway. It’s a question about whether the gear will do what you want and need, so you’ll be motivated to continue using it.

Quality is a must for that purpose, even though it’s only a starting point. Any ad claims that imply ‘results without effort’ are just a con. There’s no such thing. Even if there were, it wouldn’t be any fun anyway. A large part of the zing that comes from working out is exactly the effort you put out to get the result. Not only do those electric ab exercisers not work, they’re boring.

Those devices are a good example of another important thing to watch out for. Any ad that says you can get spot reduction of fat or develop only one set of muscles is simply misleading.

The body only preferentially reduces fat more in one area than another such as around the waist if that’s where the majority resides. Of course, if you reduce body fat it will be most obvious where the largest section was stored. Burn enough calories and the body will go after stored fat to make up for an energy deficit. So, the results will be the most visible in areas where the body got most of that stored. How could it be otherwise?

Also, whenever you use one set of muscles you can hardly avoid using another. So, the moral is: beware of hype that insists you have to get this or that piece of gear in order to work muscle X. There is always more than one way to develop and always some overlap in how equipment develops your body.

Reviews of equipment are important. If other people are satisfied, probably you will be too. But beware of glowing testimonials that, like those ads, promise more than they could ever deliver. Before and after photos with captions that tout the results gained from using item X are suspect. Your results – because of your unique effort, body type and other factors – can differ widely.

When considering costs, be sure to consider all the costs, not just the advertised price. What sounds like a great deal may not be so great when you include shipping, taxes or other add-on amounts.

Look into the warranty and return policies. If you have to return a piece of gear, paying for return shipment is normal. But look out for re-stocking fees that can run as high as 15%. A 30-day return policy is fairly standard, but not universal. The equipment still may be worth the price. You have to judge on a case by case basis in light of your personal circumstances.

Once the item has passed all those tests, you can judge whether this particular piece of equipment is going to meet your workout goals. Will it help you reduce weight, or build strength or develop cardiovascular health? Will it be fun to use while you meet those goals? A lot of home fitness gear will do all those things and do them well. When you find one that will, buy it.

Doing the Same Old Fitness Routine Day In & Day Out Gets….

This is exactly what we’re going to talk about today.

It’s a proven fact that, after a certain amount of time, (usually around 4 weeks or so) a fitness routine loses it’s effectiveness.

This is why many people start out and feel great about their results, but after awhile, although still doing their exercises, they see things aren’t working as well (or at all).

You can’t do the same thing for too long or it just stops working.

Fitness Mistake: Completing the same exact routine over and over with no variation.

Tip: You Have to Mix Things Up

Vary your fitness routines. For instance if you follow the same workout plan for a month, the 2nd month try a new one. Switch things up and keep it interesting. Who says fitness has to be the boring?

Add a mixture of Circuit Training routines and Poly-metrics into your activities this will for sure spice things up a bit, sure to shock your muscles and wake them up. Muscles have a tendency of learning your rhythm and getting used to certain things. When you change routines you sort of trick them into always staying on the edge to continually change even when you are not working hard.

Incorporate a new strength routines into the program some days use weights other days use body weight resistance exercises. Make sure to focus on different body parts different days of week such as split body routines where you focus on opposite muscles for example biceps and triceps then chest and back .

Even in your eating program, you might realize that if you adding resistance training or weight lifting to your routine you will find that you might need to eat more. Sometimes when you are trimming down and stick to strict diet you could be losing out on valuable calories, which could trigger your body to retain the fat that it already has. Add more healthy calories to your meal plan lean meats, nuts, and lots of vegetables.
